GoAir — Was made to wait for 1 hour 10 mins unnecessarily! | |||||
Hi, my mom and I (Sulochana Kandoi, Priyanka Kandoi) ( PNR 7NGM2D, I2JV1A) were traveling from Kolkata to bagdogra yesterday by flight no G8-501 which was supposed to take off at 1:55 pm and we boarded the flight at around 1:40 pm but were made to sit inside for an hour and 10 mins and finally the flight took off at 3:17 pm! my mom being a heart patient was all worried and annoyed by this. for a long time there was no cabin crew whom we could ask about what was happening. our phones were already switched off and our relatives were so concerned and worried! later when an air hostess walked in, a fellow passenger asked her what was wrong and she said that they were waiting for clearance at the runway! this is sheer harassment to the passengers! horrible customer service! and yes the goair buses that take you from the terminal to the plane are worse than local buses!! i will think 100 times before traveling by goair again!
