GoAir — web check in counter at delhi terminal 2

You have display board at delhi terminal 2 for web checkin passengers, however when i checked with counter executives the response is like this:

1. 1st guy said we have a separate queue for web check in passengers for luggage drop which is not there.

2. 2nd guy said we don't have any designated counters for web check in passengers.

Want to know who is correct and if there is no designated counter/queue for web check in passengers then why the display board is there? That too you are serving in india capital city airport where you will get many foreigners as your customers.

This service laps looks very crazy. Please look into it. May be for you this can be small issue but for india guests (Foreigners) it's big issue.
