GoAir — Without any information flight got cancelled and till date no refund has been given neither received any response.

Had booked tickets for 2nd June'2020 from Bangalore to Ranchi PNR-YF3F8U and Flight No-G8-873 for two passengers and it got cancelled from GoAir's end and since then have not received my refund.
Had done several follow ups also raised a service request on 9th aug'2020, G[protected]/01268601 as I was advised by one of the representative and I was said that within 5-7 working days matter will be resolved.
It has been almost 10months now but still my refund is pending also I'm not receiving any update neither any response from GoAir's end.

Had written several reminder mails also.
