Gobibo — No refund on flight cancellation by Airline

I have booked roundtrip of frankfurt to nagpur Air India flight from Goibibo for 2nd September 2022. But the fight has been cancelled by the airline and hence we have requested for a refund through Goibibo app on 4th August 2022. Initially the status was that they will refund amount between 9th August 2022 to 12th August 2022. But I have checked status today i.e. 11th August 2022 so now it is showing that they will refund amount on 9th november 2022 as the airline has not proceeded with refund.
I have also called the customer care of Air India twice and they said the amount has already refunded to Goibibo. I really want to know where exactly my money is. Why goibibo is not refunding my money?
I need the refund from Goibibo as soon as possible.
