Gobibo — refund of my flight ticket status of my ticket:tuam2809f

Hi,
I have cancelled my flight tickets on 14th march 2020 of 21st march 2020 scheduled flight from delhi to pune.

That time called to goibibo customer care and they said it will credited to your account within week. Thants as per process. But still im waiting and these guys just even not responding to my email. Are you can say after sending email. No response from goibibo.
Checked with air india they said nothing pending with them for my ticket check with goibibo.
But unfortunatly no response as i have chooses wrong vender for my ticket booking.
