I have booked roundtrip of frankfurt to nagpur Air India flight from Goibibo for 2nd September 2022. But the fight has been cancelled by the airline and hence we have requested for a refund through Goibibo app on 4th August 2022. Initially the status was that they will refund amount between 9th August 2022 to 12th August 2022. But I have checked status today i.e. 11th August 2022 so now it is showing that they will refund amount on 9th november...

We try to book flight ticket from Kolkata to aizawl for 3 adult on 30 november 2021, we've done all the fill up part, so we try to do payment, its shows that payment fail but its debited from my account....

Refund intimation given but refund not transferred to bank. Refund intimation attached....

On 04th October I was trying to book flight on Goibibo soteticket from New delhi to Varanasi on dated 05th Nov, 2021 and in this regard on Gobibo site I clicked 05th Nov in the departure date and then search. The flights that are going to fly on 05th November are shown. When I booked the ticket by selecting one flight I got a ticket for 04th Nov night. As it is very clear that no body will travel on Diwali night .

I have cancelled my flight tickets on 14th march 2020 of 21st march 2020 scheduled flight from delhi to pune.

That time called to goibibo customer care and they said it will credited to your account within week. Thants as per process. But still im waiting and these guys just even not responding to my email. Are you can say after sending email. No response from goibibo.
Checked with air india they said nothing...
