Hello Go Bumper and team,
This is Abhishek here and I am here to give some feedback regarding my service which was completed yesterday 7th may 2022. I literally had a very bad experience from go bumper team, at first when I booked a service a women from your side named Sumathi and I am not sure about her name . I am sharing her CONTACT number here[protected]. She was not responding to my calls Iâve been trying her for more than 20times. I was not able to connect with her regarding the service. After this scenario I spoke with the concern technician and asked about the service. He said me the service is done and he said the driver is not yet assigned for the vehicle. Iâve been trying Sumathi for more than 2 hours like around 6.30-8.30pm. In the end around 9.15-9.30 I got a call from random person stating that Iâve picked up your vehicle and he asked me to share the location. I didnât even receive a text message from the Drive-u saying that my vehicle was picked up. The technician told me that if the driver is not assigned to your vehicle you Iâll be receiving your vehicle by Monday . Is this the right response from the go bumper team. When I spoke with the technician he told me that if you want your vehicle now you can come directly to our location and can pick the vehicle and you have to pay for the service .if I have to pick up my vehicle from the garage then why should I book a service in go bumper . I got my bike delivered around 10.25-10.45pm which is an un-time for all the people. After getting my bike delivered the assigned person is asking me to drop him in the nearest location of any main road when he can get the busses. Actually I was not aware of these things at first if these are going to be done I wouldnât booked a service in go bumper. Comming to the point, the service was not done properly and I can see the same crow ### at the back side and it wasnât cleaned.This photo was captured today morning around 6 am .Is this the service you guys provide us.
