I have ordered a product on 31st january on gobumpr site and it was promised that the product will be delivered by 4-5 days.
I never received the product. I waited for 10 — 15 days and tried to call them and as they have whats app number i informed them over there but they didn't respond, after few days i mailed them i got a reply telling they will check and let me know the status but they never came back, a week back i again mailed them telling if they don't provide me the status i will raise complaint in consumer court the responded telling they will let me know the status on the same day before eod but its almost a week they didn't come back yet.
