While working on our portal trucktempo.com c-panel stop working (By showing there is no c-panel) and even our portal stop working... Its on a very regular bases.. We called ur about this error n number of time but no satisfactory answer...

I have bought a shared hosting plan from godaddy a week ago. There is problem every day and from this saturday the server is down due to some ip mitigation and its been 2 days it is not getting over. They are not resolveing the issue, nor ready to give TAT for the solution, not ready to give the refund, compensation, not ready to change mu server and Im bearing the loss due to this. This is godaddy Award winning Customer support.

This notice could be concluded as final intimation over mail to the concerned company (Godaddy inc india), and the people i have dealt with during transaction with the said company, before i proceed to icann and consumer forum under indian consumer act for deficiency or service, cheating, misguiding and compensation for the loss of valuable time.

Im a bona fide customer of godaddy since couple of years, have purchased more than 100's domains from godaddy, since last two days iam facing a technical problem with godaddy india, which i know very well that it is a server side error, a serious technically bug in your system, which has to be addressed at immediate effect, as all domain add ons are redirecting to your parking page, inspite of the website index page, although there is no such code in the root domain folder to get the site redirected to godaddy's parking page.

This is to say the domain dns is not getting resolved with the shared hosting ip, rather it is malfunctioning by redirecting the addon domain back to godaddy's parking page ip, for no good reason.

Now my problem is, your tech team sitting here in hyderabad are just absolute reckless, irresponsible and inefficient, i have been calling your customer care since two days and i have called seven time and spared more than half an hour on each session and all in vain... Its like running from post to pillar to get the issue resolved and finally i was told wait for 72 more hours.

As you can understand how frustrating it is when going through with all this for two days and finally advised to wait more 72 hrs.

How the business will function, with such a delay and no resolution, no assurance, no email support provided by your company, how further purchase and web development will be done, if the customer trust is shattered by your team here in india.

To me your company looks like a hopeless land with no real people to address the problem, your customer care is another pathetic body, as if they are robots in operation, programmed with machine learning languages to answer "yes" or "no".."let me review"... Our tech team is looking into it"..."please hold on for 7 mins"..."i apologise sir"... Etc

Why i am writing to you, because i believe a problem needs a solution, and people heading such a large company have to audit the system, you being the big boss here in this company must not allow such ineffective operation of your tech team operating here in india, customer support is the life blood of this model of business and your tech team here are sucking the blood out of this business.

My prayer to all of you is... Please do something, please make your tech team understand that every customer is a stake holder of the company, the deficiency of service will lead to jeopardising the growth of the company in locations like india, which is potentially a very large market, and tarnishing of brand image of godaddy.

Godaddy advertising 24x7 service is fake, your call centre does not work on sundays and saturday night, which is essential for this business, still you advertise 24x7 service etc and is liable to penal actions for misguiding consumers, under consumer protection act 1986, there seems to be no mail support provided by godaddy and no ticket raising service, which brings in a frustrating experience for the consumers, it can also be doubted that the 72 hrs trick for resolution in case of new domain is a trick played to consume 5 days time period and not allowing the refund.

Hopefully im expecting my problem to be resolved and im sure you will take necessary action to give strict directions to follow, to your tech team operating here in india, on first hand for a moment i thought i will report the issue to icann and other bodies but later i decided i will first report it to people sitting at top in godaddy, my business is in stake, iam unable to proceed further due to this problem, so i am calling for a speedy resolution and action on these reckless tech support team who are not considering my issue seriously, i want them to consider my problem seriously and act to resolve it at the earliest, before i proceed for other resolution centers and grievance redressal mechanism.

Godaddy hires sleepy and unwilling tech support young folks who have no clue about tech or tech support. {what a lie that they have world class tech support} they ensure that customers lose their business due to failures from their end.
Your tech support sleepy reluctant employee made me make changes to my business email and i lost 1 year of emails. No amount of their exceptional and well trained and definitely educated (Which i doubt) people were able to help with. Repeated calls and repeated requests to open my call recordings where they have made a mistake have fallen on deaf ears.

I mr. Abhishek chavan have a complaint against godaddy india site regarding the payment refund. I had made two payments on 3rd july 2017 to godaddy india site amounting rs.4546.63 holding receipt numbers [protected] and [protected] respectively. The entry later showed payment failed but my bank account was debited twice. Neither was my work done, nor had i received any refund. I conveyed this problem to godaddy india executives. They seemed to solve this within a week.

One more thing my bank statement shows two debit entries of the above mentioned amounts respectively, but the invoice generated from godaddy india end shows three entries which also includes receipt holding number [protected].

It is being three times i have been continuously contacting godaddy india guys to help me out with this problem but both the executives attending me namely mr. Ravi and ms. Gayathri are just giving me same reply stating the money would be credited to your account within a week.

Today it is 19th july 2017, i have not yet received any refund neither any enquiry for resolving my issue from godaddy india end.

I have been trusting godaddy india site and have always been a part of godaddy india regular customer, but it gives me extreme disappointment after such an irresponsible response from godaddy india end.

Waiting for your co-operation at least now.

I think who is thinking about purchasing domain from godaddy, please don't buy from here because I bought domain from here two or three days ago and still getting some technical problem with my domain. When I open it without "www." it show me blank page. When i called to customer support, someone from their team took my call and after few minutes he disconnected my call without giving me any solution for my domain.

This is a very worst & horrible technical support by godaddy :(

So I recommended, please don't buy any domain from here they didn't provide satisfactory after sales services, they leave you alone with your product :(

I have purchased a domain from godaddy and by mistake I didn't clicked on securing my personal info. After that I have got calls from at least 15 technology service providers for making website. I don't know on how many places my phone number has been distributed. My phone number is in DND still I am getting calls every hour. Seriously WTF

Very poor service i lost my account and asked them to help me retrieve my account which i renewed for 3 years hosting. They are not interested to help and the website was down and when i called then the got the website up and working they are not supporting i don't have access to my hosing account don't buy any service from go daddy. On, 3rd July, 2017 Nagendra Prasad, one of Godaddy's illiterate tech support guys added a new Ultimate Managed Wordpress Plan in my cart and assured me that it's very easy to migrate the whole site from Deluxe Managed Wordpress Plan which i was using previously to the new Ultimate Managed Wordpress Plan.

After this i followed the exact steps he told me to for migrating my site and adding an SSL certificate to site. The Process got completed as he told and a temporary domain was created in the new hosting which had files of my domain but my main domain was not transferred to the new hosting. When i asked him the reason for this, he told me that it will be done within 24 hours as there is some Backend Process going on in Godaddy.

Next morning on 4th July, 2017, the status was same so i contacted him again. He told me to change the existing IP from the DNS Records to a new IP which he provided. My site immediately went down from that moment. When asked the reason, he further told me that this is Server Propagation Time and should be done in some time. I asked him if there is any other process required to be done tell me now because i can't afford my live site to be down for long. He told nothing else was required and it site will be running in some time.

After another hour, i contacted him again as the site was still down. He then again told me that i needed to remove the domain name from old Deluxe Plan and then add it in the new Ultimate Plan. I did exactly that, the process got completed but the layout of the new site that was live was totally messed up. I raised an alarm to him regarding this and because he didn't knew what to do he gave me another number and told me that this is our Advanced Technical Team's number, they will resolve your issue.

When i called that number i got connected to some Vijay who was again a total idiot. He kept me on hold for 50 mins while telling me that a few CSS files were missing due to which the layout is messed up. I waited patiently but then after 50 mins he told me that issue has been resolved and i would have to make the website again from scratch!!

I checked the main site and it was a clean slate. Over 500 posts with images and videos which i had written over 2 years had been completely deleted and it was a fresh wordpress installation that he had made. SUCH A BIG BLUNDER!!!

Ever since i have been in talks with AJAY, SANCHIT, VINAY who apparently are supervisors with the Chat Team at Godaddy. Everyone has been saying that the issue has been escalated but i don't have any resolution since last 3 days. My live site has been ruined due to these idiots.

I got an issues on wordpress, when i increasing the upload limit size, there no changes init. So i called them and ask support 4 days before, but the guy told "we surely help you with that just hold on the call", suddenly he i got disconnected, and i thought they will callback me, but not. I waiting and called again them after 2 days, the same happening, that second time worst moment, he got cut the call because he dont understand any single knowledge about ftp. And again called he asking money for that. That guy, wtf is going,

I am facing so much issues before 2 months every 4 or 5 days gap my server is down or stop working i have hosted multiple domains on this hosting i am getting so much loss because of this please resolve this issue asap otherwise am not renew it again i switch to other one.
