I am trying for resolution of my email bounce back issue since 4-5 days.

I spent 3-4 hours to discuss issues with their agents. Every time I have to explain same issues to different different agents.

I have submitted many feedback forms which came on my email after having call with your agent, but nobody from their team cares to contact even once.

I have submitted .eml files to different different agents but with same result- NO RESOLUTION.

Today one of their agent whose email id is : [protected]@godaddy.com asked me entire issue which I was repeating 5th-6th time. He took more than 45 mins over call and then came with new thing that he would call back right after 10 mins and one email will come into my inbox, I called again and another agent did same thing, he promised to call back and no call from their end.

This is quite FRUSTRATING!

This is their fault and I am suffering, so who would be responsible for waste of my time and business! Who will compensate these losses ?

Really disappointed with the service.

I have contacted godaddy technical centre for technical help for resolution of the problem faced. Starting January 2017, many bots are surfing on server and getting the server down everytime. Daily about 5 to 10 times. No support saying it is not fully managed. But when said we will purchase fully managed server, still they cannot resolve the problem. There is no tool godaddy can provide as well as explain why a tool is not working.

We have been a godaddy customer for over 2 years and have purchased a deluxe plan .Around 2 months ago we found wordpress could not be installed on the hosting plan.After spending 4 hours on the phone and 4 different calls to 4 customer service support members, they finally informed us that the package we have take 6 months ago is now outdated and a new plan would be required for the sites to work properly .They now are saying that you need to have a Cpanel hosting and this would cost rs 5500 extra and i would have to take backup and move all my sites to that because the plan which godaddy themselves told me to take is now obselete and they want me to install the lower version of wordpress which is plain stupid.
My clients are complaining as sites are down, and GOdaddy is just delaying and unable to resolve the problem .They say they have a ADvanced technical team which is a joke because they are not able to resolve a small issue.
For all those people planning to take go daddy hosting, ONE ADVICE go to any other provider and save your money.

Really a new type of ploy to earn more money from consumers

I have paid for domain mercurytech.in for transfer. I just want to cancel it because I took some another domain from Go-daddy. But their representative are not answering properly about my complain. I have called for 3-4 times still they are saying we are processing. Please Sir I don't want this headache more. I request from godady.Godaddy delete my wordpress hosting from my product but do not make refund.GoDaddy gave me a receipt.I ga to bank and ask for account update.Bank employees said that Godaddy did not make any payment in your account.

Today morning on wards my site was not working say DNS not found .
i contact go daddy customer care but he say no problem in go daddy that was not correct in go daddy register domains dns not found morning on wards.

I tried to purchase a domain name in godaddy.

godaddy has added domain buy services also to it and finally when i read the mail which is received from godaddy after purchase, I understood that godaddy will negotiate with owner and i need to pay 1, 50, 000 for that.

Immediately i tried to call them and after 100 trials they recieved my call and simply said the amount is not refundable.

But no where it is mentioned that the amount is not refundable.

This is w. R. T. Captioned subject, we would like to register a complain to get the refund the amount of rs. 5940/- or refund as the necessary amount post deduction of necessary usage starting from 20 feb, 2016.

Last year we have taken your services for 5 years by paying rs. 5940/-. Since last so many months we are facing the problem on our website that is getting hacked by some or the other way.

We have tried to call your call center, for resolving this issue however they are unable to do so by providing diff diff reasons.in one of the conversation we had been asked to purchase ssl certificate for resolving this issue on permanent bases. On good faith we had accepted this resolution & had purchased this necessary certificate by paying rs. 2511/-.

However this solution didn't worked & we had been forced to your call center that hacking problem is still exist. At that time we were happy that we had been refunded the paid amount by cancelling the necessary certificate, however we were fed up of not getting the permanent solution of hacking.

On 8th february, 2017 we had been approached by mr. Mohammed safiuddin (His mail id - [protected]@godaddy.com) with one of the resolution stating that we are eagerly to help you for permanent solution, as per him he had suggested us to pay the charges of 1 year that rs. 1300 approx, for discontinue of our services & we will refund your the complete amount of rs. 5940/- in your bank account, which was paid for starting of hosting services. On good faith they we have accepted the resolution.

On same conversation he has confirmed that he can not cancel the partial invoice otherwise refund amount will be credited into my wallet. Hence we have rejected the option of partial invoice an as agreed to pay necessary amount of rs. 1300 approx for necessary usage done since feb 16. Another point which he had confirmed the over the call that you need to withdraw the database before cancelling the hosting services. Again on your good faith we have accepted the said option why withdrawing our all database date 9th feb, 2017.

As instructed by mr. Mohammed safiuddin (His email id [protected]@godaddy.com) on 8th feb we have fulfilled all necessary procedure / accepted necessary instruction that is we need to call back to pay rs. 1300 post withdrawing our database.

To my surprise it was an hell experience when i had call mr. Mohammed safiuddin today morning to pay rs. 1300 approx (As f&f amount) for cancelling services. Now today he is confirming that he can not fulfill his promised / commitment, which he had done over the recorded line on 8th feb, 2017 that is to cancel the hosting services completely by paying rs. 1300 approx.

Considering above facts i hereby request you all to check the conversation which had happened till today on your recorded lines and assist me in withdrawing the hosting services completely, as you are not able to resolve the problem of hacking.

At last, would like to share another hell experience which got occurred today wherein i had been informed by another team member (Team lead mr. Mohammaed) that there is no complain redressal department for registering the complain through the mail or letter in india.

In 1st Feb. 2017 I brought GoDaddy hosting and domain. After login my account, when I manage hosting login with cPanel I can't installed wordpress, sometimes shown ''Your IP address has been changed. Please login again.' Then I login again and in the mean time I just clicked for install wordpress application again cPanel login page coming and samething repeate. What can do? Customer care very poor service.

Worst security ever seen.

My brother Vivek Kumar ([protected]@gmail.com) had booked around 30 domains from godaddy for different events. Almost a month before event, someone Pooja Sharma from chandigarh has transfered the account on her/his name (contact is visible as Laxman tiwari on truecaller). And in this process godaddy didn't care to send a message to authenticate. We got email after transfer of account. Is this the security process that someone steals your account and you recieve a mail later. After We contacted Godaddy they told to wait for 5 days. After 5 days Godady India support people are saying they can not do anything. Godaddy USA support is not even helping, rather asking different different question. We have given each and every detail to them instead of sorting out the matter they are just wasting time. If this not helping the culprit, then what does this mean. All the efforts of a year is now waste as the access to account has been transferred. I will make sure not even me, any of my known never uses this crap service full of arrogant people. Going to cyber crime cell of delhi.

I had made a purchase of product worth INR 2056.20 on 24th of December 2016 on Godaddy.com. Due to technical issue I was asked to cancel the transaction by Godaddy customer care agent and the same was done on 26th December 2016. I was told by Godaddy that the refund would be credited to my account within a week’s time, however I haven’t received the refund so far. I checked with Godaddy and as per them the money is refunded and asked to check with payment gateway team on the status.

Update from payment gateway team as below
"On the basis of information provided by you we have checked our records
were able to trace one transaction with the order number:[protected] with
the CCAvenue Ref no[protected] for an amount INR:Rs :2056.20 & has been successfully processed through us on[protected]:45:10.85 and
forwarded to the Merchant -www.godaddy.com"

So I reached out to Godaddy customer care again and to my surprise the agent informed that there is no such transaction which is canceled on my account and that she is not able to trace the receipt number as well.

On 3.1.2017, I purchased a Domain name- ayurvedindia.com from the website of GoDaddy Order Number: [protected]. But after transaction amounting Rs. 4668 to GODADDY Account, they provided us Domain buy service which reflected that that will provide us service to buy that domain from its owner .

I contacted their customer services[protected] immediately after checking the mail for amount refund and they asked me to mail on [protected]@server.net for the refund services. But they did replied to it and there is no response from go daddy services.
And on contacting again their customer services they are saying they are helpless and they have no information about refund process.

I want refund of the amount for which i have denied to take any service as per the mail given to them.

At the time of purchase of this domain it was available for Rs 111/- and for renewal you are charging 699/- which is 500% more
how does that work ? and to me this domain is just a parked item and over the last 12 months i have hardly used.

But charging 500% extra is not acceptable, i had spoken to your customer care officer and they were unable to connect me to your
Senior Officer for further clarrification.

Note : they dont provide there contact address or email id, seems to be a hard.

My godaddy hosting was automatically renewed on 13- Dec-2016 for 1 year.
I did not require 1 year of hosting space, i called the support team and explained that i need only 2 months of plan to be renewed and refund the remaining amount. During this process i have mentioned that i don't want any files to be removed from the hosting space. Eventually the executive said okay and renewed the hosting space, where she walked me through steps on renewing it.

After renewing, when i started to work on 17-Dec-2016. I can see that there was no files in the hosting space and its a new hosting plan.
When i called the support team and explained about this they are saying that i have removed all the files, their executives will never do that. To get the backup of the files i have pay 4999 INR. They are not even interested in helping their customer, reply i got is "I will add the 4999 INR backup product in your cart and you can purchase. There is nothing they can do about it"

This is not the first time i facing this problem i am facing it every time i renew.
They simply that i have to purchase for everything.
