I have purchased the domain broker service from GoDaddy on[protected] by paying an amount of 6192 INR and it was mentioned that the broker would call me between 9:00 Am to 11:00 Am on 18th February 2022, and also mentioned that I would get an email from the broker side, not even got a call or email, still my client is waiting and around 2 lakh rupee is a loss for us because of a delay from GoDaddy. When I had called the GoDaddy team for a refund they are not even giving a proper response. Also, they are not giving any refund.

I Had a go daddy account which i use for companies i work for i am a digital marketer and i purchased couple of domains on my account and hosting services for 5 years and i did lost an access to the number used for 2nd step verification after i contacted support mentioning this problem back in 2018 the did not helped me recovering my account i tried emailing support after all the calls i made to the support desk they did not helped me. And in present i just noticed they come up with a new online procedure that was never available before i tried and was able to recover my account successfully and i did contacted the support for the services i paid to the that remain unused because of there negligence after all the reminders given back in ghe years now they told me that sevices cannot be provided as they are expired and even i mentioned the services remain untouch because of there support negligence they did ripped me off with all the domains i had in my account even the hosting plan even other services that cost me more than 40, 000 rs and without even providing the services they charged me for the services i was not able to use because of their worthless support.

I have registered my complaint regarding Web hosting restoration from the Godaddy. The Godaddy's agent Mr. Mahesh has accepted their mistake and given guarantee to restored all files and database within 72 hours on 17th Dec., 2021. More than 72 hours passed but no result found. They are giving false commitments all the time and didn't fulfill that too. We're are big organization and facing so many problems due to negligence of the Godaddy. We have explained them all our bad situations but still they are playing with us. We are in big trouble now. Godaddy's support team is not giving us proper work and they are not taking us seriously. Even I have told all their Sales executives to ask Mahesh (who has written my notes in Godaddy account) to call me for the support but I didn't received any calls from Mahesh or any other member. Godaddy is not good at all. Support staff is not good and supportive. I are putting our calls on hold for long time and disconnect our phones. Not good company.

I'm waiting for refund amount since 3 months.

I have submitted the request to disable 2Step Authentication, it has been almost 3 Months. No proper response and not resolved still. Very bad support and Response. One of domain also expired. Now I am unable to access my account since 3 Months.

On 8th October 2021, GoDaddy sent mail to my digital agency that they are migrating our account to a more secure server, and this was sent as "do not reply" with no consent seeking from us. since then I can't see any mail more than a year when i log in on any of my webmail account managed by GoDaddy through cPanel. to our shock, without our consent they have changed setting to delete permanently all mails beyond 365 days. it's a business account email since 2016 and I can't see any of the old emails beyond one year on my webmail account. I have been following up with GoDaddy call center for many days but no resolution yet and my business is suffering. Reference id 90489223 for my last discussion with Ms. Vijayalakshmi. I am asking GoDaddy to restore my old emails immediately with in this week otherwise i will file legal case against them seeking damages to my business.

My customer id is[protected], support PIN is 9090... I paid Rs 1420 on dated of 08/10/2021 for renewal of my domain but after payment it shows something wrong ..
I also called to customer support many times like 50-60 times but they tell me wait 5-7 days but it is 25 days over but didn't getting refund..

Godaddy team says refund the amount with in 5 to 7 days but past 24 days going till now not give the refund the amount.

I purchase GoDaddy website a domain (tdnow.in) Rs3003.10 amount debite my UPi ID but order not confirm. and transaction time out. Transaction I'd[protected]. Date 18 October 2021. Please refund my amount as soon as possible. Waiting for your valuable response.

There is some major issue with my Domain www.meriunnati.com. My Receipt number [protected] and Customer number is[protected]. I cant see my domain in my account. I missed my renewal as I didn't get any notification from GoDaddy. When I checked with the web and whatsapp agents on chat, they both are saying 2 stories about my domain.
1. I have deleted my domain from my ID(Which I have not done).
2. Whatsapp agent - After receiving many REMINDERS I have not renewed my Domain(I didn't get a single Mail or message from godaddy for renewal). So we sold your domain to another person.
Both the agents are lying.
I feel, It's a clear cheating case to make some money. Now agents are telling me to buy my own Domain at the price of 217142.86/- as suddenly my domain is a premium domain now. Wow! This is the way you are fooling around with your clients.
GoDaddy is the trusted brand till now. People have trust in you. This is totally unprofessional way of doing business. Meri Unnati is my running company and I will do everything to get my domain back as you have not given me any notice before selling my domain and making mainey out of it.

I am not making a bag of here. I have all the evidence of the conversation I had with your agents attached in the email.

As we lots of discussed with Godaddy customer executives, I had raised ticket Incident below trailing mail till the date order refund amount is not credit [protected]R Dtd.09.08.21 Rs.3266.26

How much time to take this issues to resolving it, who’s this responsible for interest charges to pay for card....

Don’t ever take up any service with Godaddy. Their support and service is the worst

This is a mail send to one of godaddy staff to whom I had a chat with...I had accidentally chat with a godaddy staff .I had to tell him the domain name which I was about to book .But what he has done is on the right way he found the value of the domain which I was going to book .He over hear all my ideas .The prize of the domain on day which I planned to purchase was only Rs 700 /- . I never expected these people will do like this .That fraud person got all my ideas and booked that domain for himself and put a prize of Rs 9000 /- .I was very stunned to see this .Then I thought to make inform about this to all of you .this is a mail which I send him .he gad gave me his personal mobile number during chat .That fraud is cheating godaddy also .

It's actually not your mistake, but I was a fool to reveal to you that I am going to buy the domain cinemadirectory.com . This happened just only 24 hours before .But your business brain found a good trick to block the domain, today at this time while I am trying to purchase it from godaddy its price is Rs 9000 only . I am sure you are behind this .But I'll seriously write it to higher authorities and will write about this on google forum about the cheating of Godaddy staff .

As I have purchased the domain from Godaddy, first time the domain price is around 300 and every year the renewal charge around 600, but after one year the agent is asking to pay 20000/- for a single domain.

I need my domain back with reasonable price.

I was buying the domain name" Nireh.org" in Godaddy Auction and his company was automatically increased my bid on " Nireh.org". His company interferes with my account data.
The GoDaddy India Company Was Automataclly increased my bid without my permission.

When I called on his customer care then his customer care employee tells me that you selected auto bid on this Domain Bid. It is 100% wrong.

I have a call and video record of his customer care employee. The name of that customer care employee name was Mahesh.
If they will not do action on it then I will go to the "Supreme Court".

This is for your kind information that website name www.rdxwin.com is being hosted by godaddy.com is scamming and phishing, operating illegally and many people done suicide and lost their lives because of their scam kindly take that website down as soon as possible
