Godaddy India — Cannot send mails on Business IDs and @outlook.com from Mails hosted on Godaddy | |||||
Had recently purchased a hosting (Deluxe package) from Godaddy for 3 years and along with it got a free Domain. After configuring the hosting as well as Emails, I sent a test message to few of my other business IDs and one ID of @outlook.com. I'm able to receive mail on @gmail.com. Tried through Webmail as well as through Mail client using their SSL configuration as well as unsecured configuration. None were received at the receipient's end. Neither have received any bounce message at the sending ID. Contacted the "Award winning support team" 's landline.. [protected]. The person at the other end couldn't provide any solution or a logical answer to the issue (they put me on hold for 10mins... then further 20mins) neither they issued any ticket to me. Nor they have any Support email ID for communicated. They did said that they do have a chat link, but its not working / couldn't find the link even after googling it.
