Godaddy India — payment done but renewal did not take place | |||||
On 3rd March 2018 I had paid total amount of Rs 1036 for renewal of GoCentral Business and Website security and backup. The payment went through however these products were not renewed from your end. The agent on call said the money can not be refunded and neither this money can be adjusted in next month. Its shameful for go daddy to that to customers.
