Godaddy India — Product refund not received. | |||||
I had made a purchase of product worth INR 2056.20 on 24th of December 2016 on Godaddy.com. Due to technical issue I was asked to cancel the transaction by Godaddy customer care agent and the same was done on 26th December 2016. I was told by Godaddy that the refund would be credited to my account within a week’s time, however I haven’t received the refund so far. I checked with Godaddy and as per them the money is refunded and asked to check with payment gateway team on the status. Update from payment gateway team as below "On the basis of information provided by you we have checked our records were able to trace one transaction with the order number:[protected] with the CCAvenue Ref no[protected] for an amount INR:Rs :2056.20 & has been successfully processed through us on[protected]:45:10.85 and forwarded to the Merchant -www.godaddy.com" So I reached out to Godaddy customer care again and to my surprise the agent informed that there is no such transaction which is canceled on my account and that she is not able to trace the receipt number as well.
