Godayly — Subscription stopped in spite of Advance payment

I had opted for Godayly milk subscription on 13th June 2021 and had paid the money in advance for 3 months under the offer of 90 liters paid + 90 liters free.
I received milk till 8th of Aug 2021 which totals to around 26liters. After which the delivery of milk has stopped with no intimation and the vendor is not responding to calls or whatsapp messages.
If they don't want to give services then they should refund the amount.
