[Resolved] Godrej And Boyce Mfg Co Ltd — fridge gfe 36 ty godrej under amc | |||
Complaint made on 06/04/2018 for poor cooling / functioning of the appliance fridge GFE 36 TY GODREJ. A person came from your company ( NCR 2 service) and changed auto modular kit. He charged Rs 2550/- and Rs 250 as service charges. Receipt 2455 dated 4/8/2018 was issued. We tried contacting the company on 22/04/2018 through their mob no [protected] and [protected] as the fridge was doing deep freeze of the stuff stored. The company assured that the person will attend but so far no one has responded. A complaint has been lodged on 25 / 04/ 2018 with your customer care for not responding to our complaint and also why money is charged when the appliance is under 3 year AMC till 03/02/2018. An early intervention for resolution is now requested. Incidentally no service is provided so far by your company to this appliance during AMC. Was this information helpful? | |||
