[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — About Godrej Edge Pro fridge | |||
I have purchased one fridge 2 years ago and at present need to spares : one is deep freeze door and another is self. When i asking to local customer care they told me need to complain in toll free number [protected], when i talked to toll free customer care regarding requirement of two spares they told me i have to book a complain after then one service engineer visit to my location and i have to give him visit charge rs. 350/- then he order for spares then i will get. Its surprising that when i describe that i need two perticular spares then why need service engineer to visit and why have to pay rs. 350/- service charge. Am i asking for any service??? Just asking for two spares. Need solution or have to take help of consumer forum. [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
