Dear sir/madam,
I have godrej fully automatic washing machine for which i have made a complaint in customer care (P[protected]), complaint was attended by the service centre person on 24th oct 17 and person told us that we need to change the balance ring of washing machine which will cost around 300 to 400 rs only. And i have given the service charge of rs. 385/- to the person. Then today 28/10/2017 person came with the balance ring and open the washing machine, but now the person is saying that they need to brake the gear box for fitting the balance ring and for that gear box we have to bear the cost of rs. 2500/- to 3000/-. Now can you please clarify that how is it justifying that gear box which is good condition now. And for fitting the balance ring to washing machine which is costing rs 250/- to 300/-, why i should bear the cost of gear box which is in good condition. Service centre person saying that this is the fault of company that they have made this structure machine.
Is company has made the faulty products?? Of company/service centre doesn't have the skilled service engineers to do the good job. Currently now the machine centre nut which is fixed to gear box is broken by the person and centre fibre ring which is attached to gear box is not fixed now.
I am unable to understand that company like godrej, i am facing the such problems. As per person from service centre informed, was i understand that company wants to make money in this such way that customer should bear the cost of such spare parts which is not damaged but because of fixing some small thing service person needs to brake the spare parts which is costing 10 times higher than the spare part which is actually damaged.
Please resolve the issue and give me and my family a peace of mind for this issue. Awaiting for your prompt action for resolving the issue.
