I have been looted and fooled by your service. Just because i have amc done you guys are not entertaining me with my concerns. I have raised complaint on last friday and till now everyday i raise complaint as your technician comes and says isme to gas padegi aap apna amc number dedo kal koi aur aaega and no one comes. On the contrary the next technician is ready to resolve the issue at home itself if i give him 2200 rs. You guys suck. My air conditionee is not working and i have paid you guys for the service. I have been fooled multiple times. Don't your technician know what the issue is. Till date two technician visited my home but no one is picking up my air conditioner. I am an educated customer and if i can pay you guys for services i know how to get them catered. If this is not fixed by tomorrow i will not only sue you guys in social media but i will reach out to consumer forum and you guys will need to pay me for all these troubles. You guys just don't want to help because i have amc and i don't need to pay anything for service or repair.
