In month of April 23, I.e. on 14/04/2023’ we have bought one new 5star air condition of Godrej company. In next week itself problem occurred that calling was not happening. Same was reported to customer care and technician has visited and find out the cause I.e. leakage issue. But further they have confirmed that it will go for replacement. I have lodge the complaint on 5th itself and I am not receiving any concrete reply from service centre whether same is being replace or not. I am continuously following but no any response received. It’s been 2 nd week now till date I have not received any replacement.
If replacement is not possible then kindly refund what we have paid for it.
