Godrej Appliances — Bill not provided for more than 3 weeks

Address:Building No 23, Flat No 1, Old Air India colony, Kalina, Santacruz East

Fed-up wth customer care of Godrej. My fridge was repaired 3 weeks back but till date they have not provided any bill. I have called customer care more than 40 times and every time they have promised me that the same will be resolved within an hour but. I have already spend 3950 without any bill hoping that it will come but..The fan was replaced and I was told that it's warranty is for 5 years but no warranty card was given. Neither online nor offline bill was provided.
