[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — complaint about cooling problem | |||
Dear sir - this is to inform you that i have bought godrej refrigrator on 1/04/2015 but after 2.5 years its cooling capacity getting slow and slow. I complaint it to your customer care. They gave my no. To service engineer incharge. He is saying that the gas is getting empty and you will have to refill it. How can it be happen in such a short time. Dear Sir I am following up you since 23oct 2017 per day. But the result is zero .I am facing the problem but you are not responding accordingly . I request you to kindly get it correct immediately so that a person could maintain a faith on you. I am being assured for last 14 days that it will be done . This is not the proper way . Kindly do the needful
