[Resolved]  Godrej Appliances — complaint about cooling problem

Dear sir - this is to inform you that i have bought godrej refrigrator on 1/04/2015 but after 2.5 years its cooling capacity getting slow and slow. I complaint it to your customer care. They gave my no. To service engineer incharge. He is saying that the gas is getting empty and you will have to refill it.
How can it be happen in such a short time. Iam having another fridge of about 12 year ago and still working well. So kindly get corrected the matter

Dear sir I have again registered the complaint and its no. is 482886. Customer care service is saying that we will have to pay Rs.355 As service charge. When I have told you the problem which belongs to pre time default. So why should we pay for that.

Dear Sir what should I do ? I have given you my complaint no. and mob. no. but no response is there. Yesterday

consumer customer care called me and said to deposite Rs10 in rbi as fee but could not be deposited due to net problem. So kindly send the related engineer to check the problem

Dear Sir Kindly Notice my problem sincerly as nobody is taking interest to solve the problem. My complaint is also closed now saying that door was closed when technician reached at home. But this is absolutely wrong nobody has come to vsit yet .They are just doing formalties. Is this the way to solve the problems that without visiting they have closed the complaint. Kindly tell me what should I do ? Will this problem be solved or not?

Sir What happened about my complaint . Till today result is zero no body has come to visit the problem . Shall I leave this matter? Please reply me immidiately as I am suffering the problem from so many days and you people are just assuring me. If you are unable to solve the problem then tell me I should go ahead regarding my problem.

Dear Sir I am following up you since 23oct 2017 per day. But the result is zero .I am facing the problem but you are not responding accordingly . I request you to kindly get it correct immediately so that a person could maintain a faith on you. I am being assured for last 14 days that it will be done . This is not the proper way . Kindly do the needful
