We are facing a very worst experience from Godrej Customer service agents for the past one week. We had only 'LESS COOLING' problem in our Double door Fridge and after multiple agents coming and fixing/changing stuffs the fridge condition has become WORST and the current status is 'NOT WORKING' completely. We surely think agents who are highly unprofessional have completely spoiled our fridge. We have spent more than 10K during the past week. The emotional hardships we are facing during the past week make us feel that we should never buy any GODREJ products again.
Please take responsibility and refund our entire appliance fix amount or provide a new replacement at the earliest.

Following up on the issue, Godrej Technician in the name of fixing the cooling issue has cut unnecessary parts from the wires coming out of the compressor which should not be touched in any case. I have attached a screenshot for reference. This has badly damaged our Fridge and it is not working. We are seeing new issues like Compressor overheating, Excessive cooling.
Please refund our entire fix amount of 6.5K and don't send any technician to fix it because in the name of fixing they are damaging the fridge even more.
