Tapan pal, a senior citizen, had registered an ac complaint on 27.10.2017 vide # 737020. After several followups he was tired and asked his daughter rikhiya pal to get in touch with godrej. On 04.11.2017 i, rikhiya pal, spoke to customer care executive mubarak who assured me service by 5pm same day. He gave me no. Of shyamal dey, some branch manager and senior employee [protected]. I spoke to him and sent him complaint details but neither he took any action nor responded to my message as a courtesy. I got a call from ms. Madhumita from no.[protected] at 1.30pm on 04.11.2017 assuring me prompt service on my complaint. My case got allocated to kolkata service centre and that's how she got to know about the complaint. Later her manager sudip mondal spoke to me. After several repeated followups from me and several false assurances from all these people my complaint no. Is still unattended on 05.11.2017, as i write. Worst ever customer service i have ever experienced. Mr. Godrej please make note of your incompetent team at ground level who are face of your company and spoiling your company's brand value. Your market share is being eaten up, courtesy your staff, apart from competitors. It's alarming.
