Godrej Appliances — defective plastic door of a single door freeze replaced by your service provider

Dear Sir
I am patronising your products for a long time.I have purchaesd a single door Freez in 2015
till March 2019 there was no major problem but in march 2019 its plastic door of freezer was broken and it was replaced by your service provider Raghuvanshi Enterprise on 22th march 2019. Surprisingly the same door was broken on 26 April 2019 for which i have lodged a complaint no B[protected].
My question is when said door was working properly till march 2019 and it was replaced by your service provider on 22/03/2019 how can it get dameged again on 26th April 2019 within one months of replacement?It means your service provider is giving defective products.
Please reply and make free replacement of door and oblige
