I complained about malfunctioning of my washing machine knob on 17 th december. The man sandip tripathi came and repaired it on the 19th december 2017. The same switch malfunctioned. Again in january 17th 2018, the same switch malfunctioned. And a complaint was lodged. Now the mechanic demanded 1550/- to replace the knob. This is pure cheating.
It it were to be replaced, why harass the customer???. How can a mechanical switch cost so much??
