[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — delay in providing service even after advance payment | |
I lodge a complain for my fridge on 25 may 18. A technician visited on 26 may 18 and said compressor needs replacement and ask for rs 3000 as advance. Today is 31 may and he didn't turned back even after taking adv of rs 3000/-. I tried several times to customer care and service center but could not get any reply. This is the way company is bluffing customer. I have sent a mail to godrej smart care yesterday but nothing has happened Was this information helpful? | |

Our refrigerator can not work properly..it will stop automatically at night time daily.Already we had given a complaint to your local service providers by a call.but they are not responded.please respond as soon as possible & rectify our refrigerator's problem.Thanking youyenu
