Sir, Sub:contract no.[protected]/07/09/2017 I have renewed my contract for 3 years starting from 07/09/2017 to 06/09/2020. My complaint for fault is also registered (B[protected] dt.26/08/2018). I am told to pay visit charges. But in contract, it say' 50% will be charged for any complaint not covered under the plan. But my complaint is covered under the plan. How fair is it?
