Purchased brans new godrej cooler on dated 15.05.2023. Observed cooling problem and raised complain on [protected] 0n 18 June 2023. Received my complain no - X[protected] CSN N0 674. even after 20 days no technician visit to my home for fixing the issue neither i received any call from your side. Today 08.07.2023 I again made a call to no and asked the issue, after not satisfying the reply of executive I spoke and requested her to transfer the call to her executive but I couldn't they have not transfer the call to her seniors and cut my call. All these conversation might be recorded in your server you can check the facts over there.
I am compelled to write for this issue and felt very sorry about the service you provide to the customers.
I have suffered a lot during summers days and I feel I am Cheated because I purchased your product to get some relief during summer but I am suffering even after paying for your product.
You are requested to Please improve your service being an Brand Indian Company this is not what a customer wishes from You.
