I purchased a Godrej product 4 months ago which has some cooling issue since day 1 but then it was overlooked, suddenly after 3-4 months o[censored]se, the product stopped working & now I have been chasing the Godrej service center and Complaint department since last 2 weeks.
Technician came and informed that Compressor is no longer functional and hence they will repair the compressor. Changing the compressor in a fridge is like changing the heart from a body (it is the core of a fridge) and since the fridge is almost new and barely used, and also because its a defective product, I requested to replace the entire fridge. But they refused and have been adamant on the part that they will only repair but not replace. Instead on requesting several times, they were like we will replace it next time if something goes wrong, for now we can't, but I think they are refusing to understand that in a few months the product may not even be under warranty to be replaced, so technically I will still be struggling with the faulty product.
Then, I tried reaching to the Godrej support/Compliant department and had an mind-boggling moment. First time ever in my life, I came across an insane information that Godrej support can't help customers at all, they are completely helpless/useless and a lot more, instead funny thing is Compliant department say that Service centers are the king of this business.
Complaint department keeps on routing me to the Service center and the service center being the king, don't give a damn if we wish to keep or throw away the product. They are adamant that they won't replace the product. So now I have paid for a faulty product and can't use one, neither can get a new one. What an incredible support from Godrej! I am stuck in this vicious circle of Service center and complaint department, yet not a single person who could take care of the situation.
I would never recommend any of my known, relative, family members or the one reading this to ever buy GODREJ appliances because they don't provide after market services to satisfy the customers. This has been the MOST HORRIBLE customer experience I have ever come across. Was this information helpful? |
