I had an issue with my fridge cooling so I contacted you for the same. Your representative came the next day and informed that we need to replace the sensor ) fan for which he has charged 3450 + 350. but after this the frige has started making incredible noise as he has xhnged the fan to an older used one which he got it from some old frige also has taken the old parts and brought the same thing back stating its the new one.He said due to covid ko situation we will receive the bill in whats app which we never did and now he is not receiving the calls. This is my fist and the last request to get it resolved and refund my money back asap else Ill need to take legal action upon it if I dont get any response within 2 working days.Below is the screen shot for the payment done to him
