We have purchased our refrigerator in the year 2016 and now we are facing issues with the refrigerator as it is not working properly. We have registered our complaint for the same in the company. They have sent the technician but the services rendered are not satisfactory and on every visit they charge a high amount. Please register our complaint.

I have updated my complaint on the given like the complaint number is - [protected]. I would like to bring to your notice that we have done complaints 2 times and one is very recent on 21st November, 2019. The complaint number is [protected]. The technician came charged Rs. 375/- and changed one equipment the charge of which was separate but only after 5 days the refrigerator started showing the same error again.
