Refrigerator motor is working and no cooling effect. Please do needful. Invoice no : nna 5833 dtd : 31 jan 2012. It was working smooth till 27 sep 2017. The house was locked for 3 days as none was available at home. But the refrigerator was working all these days, when reached back on saturday, 30 sep 2017, it was found not working and there was no cooling effect. All the items stored inside got spoiled and there is some stinking smell all over kitchen. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have made a complaint on 1st Oct and after 48 hours you are asking for mobile no. and complaint No. Surprise ???? How many days it will take to get it resolved??? Not reliable. No immediate response.
