I bought the hit bat in Annai SuperMarket, Nanganallur, Chennai, India - On the same day, when I came home and tried to put in the charger, the two pins were not getting into the switch smoothly. Immediately I reported the same and raised the claim.
I received a reply from you that you would be replacing it and give me a good one without any defects.
Bludart delivery person came and collected the defect one some two weeks ago
Bludart delivery person came and delivered today (21-Nov-22). After collecting from him and opened it and tried to put in the charger. The same issue which I reported in the first hit bat is having been found (unable to put in charger smoothly which is a same defect) in the new one as well.
I don't know why you guys are selling defect products and also replacement products which are really not at all acceptable and are highly frustrating. Please take immediate action and send me the good product without any defects ASAP.
Before you send the product to me please check and send it to me. I hope you understood the issue / defects in your product. Again if you send me the defect product I will take sevier action on this. Hope you will take this as a serious one and not simple.
