It all started with no cooling in one fine day (previous day it was cooling well), The service center Leon Aircon representatives came and without doing any troubleshooting, they said this is an aluminum coil and it is the problem, This was scheduled to change in spite of me asking several questions that what troubleshooting you did, This was convinced "sir we have come across this several times"
IF THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE, WHY GODREJ IS NOT RECALLING THE ALUMINIUM CONDENSER COILS?
With no other go as a poor consumer, we waited for the coil to be changed. They changed a coil with no proper gas welding which led for leakage in the coil.
Again we created a case and on 13th July Godrej changed the second condenser coil after the first one was not fitted correctly. (costed about 9800 rupees)
Gas refilled and they gave 6 months warranty (ref:C[protected]) and within days we found the issue that after cutover the cooling is not happening again. We complained again,
This time they said some sensor in outdoor unit was loose and fixed (Rupees 650 charged),
This stuck in couple of days and again the cooling didnt happen, This time they came and removed some sleeve in the external censor and didnt charge anything.
Now while am writing I had sleepless night because of faulty AC and now the am clueless whether its a problem with the Godrej Product or the Inability of the proper customer service by understanding the troubleshooting. No times, the root cause is found.
Now the 9800 i spent looks unnecessary. Why should i keep spending every week with no resolution.
with huge ping pongs, am literally humiliated and am ready to stop buying any Godrej product now.
