I'm Saket Shukla. I have purchased 2 Godrej Split ACs of 2.0 TON (3*) capacity from Sargam Electronics on and around April'14 .
One of the Split AC is having issues (Not Cooling) from the day I purchased it and raised 5-6 complaints regarding the same, Every time technician comes and fill in the gas.It cools for 1 day to two and same problem comes again.
I have raised the point that this is faulty product delivered to me and asked for replacement but Godrej service executive never gave any positive response.
I wrote the same issue to Godrej around 2 months back about the ACs. On which I got assurance from Mr. Ravi Sethi (Area manager, Godrej) that if the issues occured again proper resolution will be done as I was insistng and telling him that the product is faulty and asked him for product replacement.
Now The number provided by Mr Ravi sethi ([protected]) is itself not working. And its now clear that Godrej is planning to pass the time and wanted the warrenty period to be over so that no responsibility lie on their shoulder.
I'm now totally frustrated with the Godrej product and even with the services Godrej has provided. Was this information helpful? |
