I buy a godraj split ac from raj elctronic. The item was delivered on28 april and the installation was carried out after two days.
During installation, it was not cooling and i found the water coms out from indoor. I was informed by the godraj technicians that there is a leakage in pipeline. I communicated the same to dealr and requested a refund/replacement the product if a product is found to be defective during installation, it can be replace. But after 1 month no action was taken by delar nor by the godraj for the return of the product even after multiple calls the customer service.
I do not understand the logic of forcing me to use a repaired product when the product was defaulted at the time of installation.Instead of repacing/refunding, i am asked to keep waiting for the repair technicians from godraj.
I want the product to be replaced or refunded as soon as possible. I want godraj to take the issue seriously and follow up with the replace. Was this information helpful? |
