I Vijay Kumar Gupta, bought a refrigerator of your company on 10th March 2015 from Kapila electronics, janakpuri. As mentioned to me your company personnel had promised to come next day for the installation but did not do so. When I called on customer care number for the enquiry they replied that I misbehaved with him. I am highly disappointed with your service. I am mentally upset. Please solve this matter as soon as possible otherwise i'll move to consumer court against your attitude towards your customers. Thank you
