Godrej Appliances — Non delivery even after full payment made on 11/03/2016

We have placed an order for 1 (One) godrej vertical sliding door unit (Vsdu) glass door with m/s sudarshan enterprises - owner-mr ravi sharma and paid him the amount of rs 22700/-by cheque on 11/3/2016. He has promised that the unit will be supplied in 7 to 10 days. Now today is 24/5/2016 and he is failed in his all commitments for supply. Moreover he stopped attending our call. He is an authorized channel partner of godrej and by doing so he is tarnishing the image of such a reputed company. Would request company management to take stern action against him and arrange for an early delivery of said unit.
