Dear Sir.
I have not yet received Replacement for the damaged supply of Str. Kit Cutting edge plast 8 pcsI (Item code 52152000SD00023/GKAU) for almost 6 months.
Please see the history of the purchase and after sale services of the purchases of the Microoven and Str Kit as followos
(1) I booked a Godrej Micro-oven (Model GME 723 CF2 PM) vide Application No 2185884 on 22.10.2018 at Guwahati
(2) Godrej generated Sales Invoice 171/11054652 and supplied me on 31.10.2018 a different model Micro-oven (GME 725 CF2 PZ Purple Petal) and a Stir Kit comprising of few Pcs. The reason for supplying a different model was non availability of the earlier booked model.
But, the Stir Kit was supplied was received by us in damaged condition. It was reported to the Customer care over phone. Then I was refereed to Mt Dutta, an official/ staff (Mobile [protected]) of Godrej in Guwahati to contact him for replacement. I contacted him who told me that he would replace whenever he received the Stir kit from Godrej
Thereafter I kept him contacting several times but of no use. Everytime I enquire with him, he used to tell me that Item (Str KIT ) was not supplied by Godrej. Now he is telling to purchase from the Market by me. He could not give any specific date for replacement as the same (replacement of damaged product) is at the whim of Godrej only.
Is it not a ridiculous system of Godrej and undesirable advice by a Godrej staff to a Smartcare Customer for last six (6) months ? How long the customer ( your so called Smartcustomer) will wait ?
(3) The details of the purchase etc of the above products are as follows. These are given to enable you to trace the matter and make an enquiry and resolve the issue urgently by 20.04.2019.

(4) This is to request you to enquire into the matter and resolve the issue urgently and reply me (1) within two days and (2) replace the damaged item within 10 days failing which I shall have no option but to take the following actions
(a) Approaching Consumer Forum
(b) Going to the Court.
(c) publish in the face book and other social media including news papers against Godrej Appliances (Godrej & Bopyce Mfg co. Ltd).
(5) Also advise you to improve the after sale services for prompt action to all kinds of Sales issues. Otherwise Godrej will not be able to compete with Korean, Chinese, Taiwan etc Products in near future.
(6) Pl treat the matter as most urgent.
