I have a four years service contract (w.e.f. 29/12/2011 to 28/12/2015) (CONTRACT
APPLICATION No.1364644 - Dated:
12/02/2011, APPLIANCE SERIAL NO. [protected]) with you for my Godrej
Refrigerator. In this connection I have received three (03) “Godrej SMS” on
07/08/2014, that Mr. ADITYA KUMAR will be attending my calls (D[protected])
second SMS received on 07/08/2014 that Mr. ANKUSH JAIN will be attending my
call (D[protected]) and third SMS received on 29/12/2014, that Mr. RAJEEV KUMAR
will attending my call (D[protected], but till date no one has bothered to visit
my residence to attend the call. This is the working condition of your
prestigious company. Collect money from the customer in the name of AMC and
forget your obligation. Kindly attend the call before expire the AMC.
I have another AMC for my Gogrej Washing Machine (w.e.f. from 07/08/2013 to
06/08/2016) (Contract Application Form No.1644410 dt. 06/05/2013, APPLIANCE
SERIAL NO.[protected]. Your Technician failed to satisfy my complaint. The problem
remains as it was. No solution with them for my complaint.
