On 11.02.2017, i had deposited a sum of rs.3972/- against amc for 4 years of my refrigerator to one of your local representative. He issued an application no.[protected] dated 11.02.2017, salesman code 817099. But till date i have not received any confirmation from your good office regarding amc. Please look into the matter and advise me the present position of my amc.
