I bought a Godrej washing Machine on 07/03/2018 from Lari & Sons. On it's Belt issue taking up the follow up since 7th of July this year, where everyone kept on passing their responsibility. After 4th Month of continuous follow up when I called the Godrej Service IN charge, He said we can not serve you because company is not providing up with the accessories supply and rather asked me to go to the Court and take legal assistance. The Dealer says they can not help coz service is companies responsibility, Company Service In charge says they can not help as tools and accessories are not in supply. Concerned people are not taking the matter seriously and mocking at us with abusive language.
