My one ton split a/c was not cooling and i made a complaint and one technician by name mr. Saravanan came to attend on 05/09/17. He told that circuit board is out and it will be rectified and fixed back. After one week when i contacter one miss. Mahalakhmi (Chennai) she told me that board is beyond repair and will be replaced with in a week, when i contacted again she answered me hat they have received a wrong board from mumbai. After a long time when i contacter her again she told me that board is of old type and it will take sometime to get. More than a month has passed and no solution is found. More over when i contact them the answer is evasive and irresponsible. Since i have trust in godrej all of my three a/c are are godrej make and fridge too. I have the feeling that the trust is being erroded slowly. Pl. Do the needful at he earliest.
