[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — product as well as after sales service personnel of kalyan

Sir i bought ac in april 2017 from godrej interio kalyan, on 16th of october 2017 i lodged compliant/call for servicing and non working of remote. The kalyan service centre of godrej mr. Thorat has sent some technician and they serviced the ac and taken the remotte for replacement as it is under warranty period. Immediately after one hour they called me and demanded rs.1250/- as replacement charges for new remote or 750/- for repair of old remote. On discussion they agreed to give new remote or universal remote within 2-3 days. But till today 05.111.2017 they are just promising and using very abusive language with me. My compliant is for remote and the three persons i. E. Mr. Madhukar thorat, mr. Deepak and mr. Shravan area manager and they told to make complaint to anyone they dont bother, lastly they told name of mr. Subarto
