[Resolved]  Godrej Appliances — Referigerator Has No Cooling. Complaint Registered. Follwing for over two weeks. No response yet.

Dear Customer Care, Following up on this complaint # [protected] for more than two weeks now. Every day we are being given false promises that it will be attended to and we wait the whole day at our home and no one turns up. A local service contact has been provided, but they have not been behaving trustworthy at all. They do not even have the courtesy to speak properly over the phone. Kindly provide a means to help and have the appliance repaired on priority. Thanks in Advance Binson
