We have a refrigerator, 25 years old which was repaired last year and compressor was changed. And now it is not working again from last 8 days and compressor is within warranty period.
I have booked a complain with your company on 10th June, 2015 and complain no.is F[protected]. Service provider came and said that compressor will be changed and gas will be refilled and charges will have to be paid for gas refilling. Charges told by them is very high.
Last year Rs. 700 were charged and now they are telling Rs.1200 will be charged. technician told Rs.1125 will be charged including service charges and their head told Rs.1200 will be charged excluding service charges. And when we told him that technician told different charges, he replied so rudely. And they also told that warranty period for Gas will be provided for 3 months only.
Complaint is still pending and service provider has charged visiting charges from us also. And we have received a message also that "complaint is completed", but it is still pending.
You are requested to see in this matter. Either repair our refrigerator, otherwise we would have to take help from consumer forum.
