Hi, i have bought a fridge from Guwahati Assam were within 1 year the gasket of the door opens up automatically and doesn't gets cool and water drop let's gets accumulated all over the freezer body. After complain many people came tried everything however couldn't resolve at last 1 senior trainer came Mr.Amrit & Debasish Goswami came and said they cannot resolve it and they will send mail to concern team where they will replace the fridge after deducting some amount however after continuous follow up for 3-4 months came to know he left company and again nothing happened. When I called Godrej customer care for status or what can be done now they straight forward denied about any past complain where as I have the complain number (G[protected]). When I asked them to provide nodel desk email id they didn't provided. I spoke with Agent Ankur & supervisor Ajay however they didn't helped me.
