I raised a repair request for my refrigerator on 7-12-22 (service ticket - [protected]) and a service person came on[protected]. He did something and told me it is corrected and took 450 rs from me. But the same issue persists and I called them on[protected] and they registered another service ticket ([protected]), but still not attended. While raising the complaint second time I passed my complete address info and as I won't be available on call. But till now they didn't respond, today morning also i called their customer support but no use.
Please address the issue and take action against the responsible entity. I suggest levying a penalty will make them more responsible in such matters. Was this information helpful? |
