The refrigerator was not working fine since the beginning and we had requested exchange or replacement, but your technician ensured that this problem will be solved hence, no replacement was done.Of late, we are still facing the same issues, it has developed problems regarding its functioning. Curdling of milk and freezing of ice on food items . The refrigerator was bought with a warranty of one year. Since it is still in the warranty period, i complained in your customer care and we are not satisfied they sent people to repair it but its still the same. We tried to reach your toll free number which says that the complaint has been closed by the technician but the problem is not solved.
